To return a product to Crocs merchandise must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

The product must be in its original, unworn condition unless the return is due to defects covered under the product warranty. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date unless you believe that the defect is due to an error in the product itself.

Crocs is not responsible for a customer's size or color selection. We will refund your money. Refunds for merchandise purchased by credit card will be made only by credit issued to the original card.

Crocs is not responsible for shipping charges for non-defective returned merchandise. In some cases we will refund also the shipping costs of the new order.
